XCEL JET, the premier private jet charter company appoints Scott Howard as Chief Pilot.  Scott is one of the company founders and has vast experience in the aviation industry.

Scott brings a comprehensive understanding of aviation to XCEL JET having served in such capacities as chief pilot, citation captain and management services for various companies.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in aeronautical science with a minor in aviation safety from the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
